" Beechmount is a restored Victorian home built in 1894 and is historically registered under Winnipeg's historic preservation by-laws. The suite consists of a large bedroom (approx. 270 sq.ft.), a large 4-piece en suite bath (large whirlpool tub, shower, pedestal sink and w.c.) and a private 8 x 10 ft. verandah. The room has a gas fireplace and new traditional designer furniture that includes a queen size bed. A continental breakfast is available after 8:30 AM (9:00 AM on weekends) - earlier breakfast time can be arranged. - There is a two night minimum stay from June 1st to August 31st and during holiday seasons. - A guest phone and computer hook-up are available in the Guest Lounge. Fax use is available on request. Complimentary video movies are also available. - Quiet Hours: For the consideration of other guest, quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Please refrain using the whirlpool tub during these hours. - Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere in the house. Smoking is only allowed outside on the verandah. - Swimming pool is open until 10:00 PM. Later times can be arranged. - We accept VISA, cash, personal and traveler's checks. - Deposits: We require a deposit equal to one night or 50% of total stay (whichever is greater).
